We only collect data you provide directly. We do not collect data automatically beyond what is listed below.

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and message content when you fill in the contact form on our website. Forms are processed by Netlify Forms.
• Email address — if you subscribe to ministry updates or correspond with us by email.
• Donation information — when you give via Wise or bank transfer, the transaction is processed entirely by that third-party service. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Basic analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (ID: G-2M2BE89PDE) to understand how visitors find and use our site (pages visited, general location, device type). No personal identifiers are collected. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google Privacy Policy

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and usage patterns. Additionally, third-party services embedded on our site (YouTube, Google Fonts) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. 7. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our relationship with you as a supporter or partner. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

Donation transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes.
